Results from last weekends Central Coast Netball Challenge held at Baker Park, Wyong. The challenge was between the winning Gosford and Wyong Netball Association teams in 10A, 12A, Intermediate and Division 1. This year was the first year that the 10A division was included. The results were as follows.
10A
Pelicans (Wyong) defeated Starfish (Gosford) 31 to 8
12A
Berkeley Babes (Wyong) defeated Kincumber (Gosford) 30 to 25
Intermediate
Stars (Wyong) defeated Ourimbah (Gosford) 45 to 42
Division 1
GIS (Gosford) defeated Kaos (Wyong) 47 to 38
The match day was well attended despite the very warm weather. Next year we hope to expand the challenge again by adding some other age divisions and possibly opening up the competition to involve teams from the Woy Woy Netball Association as well..
